Itinerary
Day 1
Baku → Guba — drive north past Beshbarmag Mountain to Guba; visit the red-brick Juma Mosque (1802), Sakina Khanum Mosque and the old domed bathhouse, watch carpets being woven by hand, then cross the 1894 bridge into the Red Settlement, home of the Mountain Jews since the 1700s. Overnight in Guba.
Day 2
Guba → Khinalig → Baku — climb the scenic mountain road to Khinalig at 2,350 m; walk the terraced stone lanes where one home's roof is the next home's yard, visit the village museum and ancient cemeteries, take tea with a local family under the Shahdag peaks, then return to Baku by evening.
